    Hey guys and gals,

I am thinking about selling my 94 GT. I bought it from one of my best friend's co-workers. He bought it in 95 with 20k on it. I have the clear title in hand showing this. It was his daily drive for about 10 years until he bought a new truck. I was going to build it for road racing (American Iron class) but I really need to clear some space and take the financial high road, so I am going to put it up for sale. The price of 94/95 GT's and Cobra's seem to be all over the place. I want to try and figure out a reasonable selling price for mine, so I will describe as best I can:

94 mustang GT, black exterior, grey cloth interior. 5 speed. This is not a swap car, always was a V8 5 speed car. Odometer shows 180k, Ford racing M-6007-XEFM crate engine went in around 170k, clutch was done at that time also. The interior is in decent shape, drivers seat has a few rips, nothing super unsightly. A/C is ice cold (previous owner works at refrigeration shop ;), compressor is currently unbelted but works 100%. On the outside, the paint has seen better days. It could use a set of brake pads, and the previous owner by passed the heater core (I didn't care about that since I was going to make it a race car) once it wasn't his daily driver. There is fading/clouding on the side skirts and the paint is just generally dull. This car has never been in an accident and the body is perfectly straight and rust free. Windows are tinted black and it also has a fiberglass hood with a pair of "nostrils" I'd call it. The hood is not my bag personally, but it was on the car when I bought it and it is light. The wheels are later model bullet wheels in grey and the tires do need to be replaced. Now on to the performance goodies...

It does have the Ford racing crate motor as I mentioned, part#M-6007-XEFM which has a long list of good stuff on the FRP site. Ford racing upper and lower intake with 1/2" spacer, cold air intake (looks like MAC's), 65mm throttle body, 70mm mass air, converted to 93 engine management, adjustable electric fan controller, MSD 6AL, FRP plug wires, accel coil, cap and rotor, smog and EGR removed (CEL is on for the EGR), shorty unequal length header, 2 cat h-pipe, flowmaster catback with 3" tail pipes. The clutch is a king cobra, has billet quadrant and pro 5.0 shifter, rearend has 3.73 gears.

I am going to throw in the stock shifter, an autometer shift light, an extra set of valve covers, a Ford racing oil filter, poly steering rack bushings and a set of solid engine mounts and a trans mount too if I do not get beat up too bad on the price once it is up for sale.

What I should ask for it? What are your initial thoughts? I appreciate any constructive input from the forum.

    Thanks for reading,
    Brandon
