what kinda shifter if for this tranny?!

I bought a 97 cobra with vortech supercharger. I know that STOCK these come with a T-45 tranny that accepts the same shifters as a t-5 transmission. I attempted to install my steeda tri ax shifter and discovered there is 6 bolt holes in a shape like a square with another narrower end 6 corners to mount the shifter. Im guessing its an upgraded transmission. The t-45 has 4 bolts.
what kind of transmission is this? I think its a TREMEC something!

the base of the shifter mounting area is shaped like THAT above sorry for the earlier WEIRD shape i made

Climb under the car and look at the tranny. There should be something stamped on it to give you an idea what it is.
