What type of fuel pump I have an 89 roller 302 block. Can I use the different cam cover from an older 289/302 that has a place for the fuel pump to mount. Or...do I have to run an electric fuel pump from the tank in my 67 coupe. Didn't know if you could even run a manual fuel pump on a roller motor or not. Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

67 coupe
roller 306 motor
FMS E-303 cam
Edelbrock RPM intake & 600CFM
Stock E7 heads ported and polished
Crane 1.6 roller rockers & GT-40 valve-train
8" with 4:11 gears
C4 with shift kit and 2500 B&M stall

Still needs paint, interior, and wheels!
Getting there slowly but surely :spot:

Go Holley

I run a fairly hungry 289 and use two holley, electric pumps. One is dedicated to the carb, the other is dedicated to a separate 1 gallon tank for NOS fuel (I run 110 or 117 when I can get it). The holley blue and red have worked great for me about a saw-buck and you get a pump easily able to handle your load, no load off the motor and easily replaced when needed. The draw back. Most electric pumps are pushers and need to be lower than the tank. This made mounting these two beasts difficult. Let me know if you want a picture.
