What weight oil should I use?

I need to change my oil soon so what weight oil would you suggest that I use for my car? Or a combination of 2 different kinds?

Why do you use that Dave?

I beat the everloving crap out of my car on a regular basis, and it's got a lot of miles, so I wanted something nice and thick (when hot). 20-50 is nice, but it's pretty thick when cold. Plus the 15W-50 is synthetic, so it's slicker than snot.
