Lets say I put a body kit on my car, and I did. What the heck should I do with the old bumbers and crap? Throw em' away? Im in the military and so forth, and I dont really care if its stock if I sell it one day. Are they worth anything to anybody out there?
Gearbanger is that your girl? If so nice catch! As far as the ground effects, you could put them on ebay but i only got 125 for all mine when i sold them. otherwise, keep em!
I'd keep them unless you NEED the money. Never know when you might need to put something on. Case in point, my Cobra R bumper needs to be repainted. I'll take that off, get it repainted but while it's being done I'll put my OEM bumper back on so the radiator and bumper supports aren't exposed.
Hey blue, I'm not trying to hijack this but thanks for all you guys do in the military. I know the press is bustin' your chops these days, but I had some friends in 9/11 and I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate making the bad guy's lives as miserable as possible. And oh, yeah, I'd hang on to the body parts, they come in handy. Try to store the front bumper so that it keeps it's shape as much as possible.
I want whatever he has, because odds are, they are in better shape than mine are. That, and it would give me an opportunity to play with fiberglass.
