What's it worth and what benefits??

Ford Explorer V-8 intake set. We have a 1996 Explorer here that I can get for pretty cheap. Before I go buying it what are the advantages of the intake off this thing and what can I see it for. Truck has 210xxx miles on it but runs good. It needs an A/C compressor which customer does not want to pay to fix. I could use some other parts off this truck because I also have an Explorer, but with V-6. They even happen to be the same color as well. Anyway let know what ya think.

what he said!! I havethe intake and I picked up 2mph with it, only picked up 2 tenths though due to spinning launches, but that will be changed soon.

OK so what is it worth, as if I wanted to sell it?

Does it just bolt right in place of the existing, or do you have to to some mods to it. I dont think the mileage of the explorer should come into play, beacause its not really a mileage wearing type of part except for the TBI linkage.
