Whats your Gas Mileage for those with a lot of HP

Just wondering what some of you are getting for MPG on your forced or NA motors pushing 400+ HP. Lately I've been gettin under 200 miles a tank, all city driving and gettin on the gas every now and then, or quite a bit sometimes . I think im averaging around 12 or so MPG.... ... gas prices suck too.. ohh well.. its fun to drive

I've got 295 at the rear, roughly 350 at the crank. Not a lot by modded Stang standards, but not bad. I got right around 280 highway miles on it last weekend to the tank, but i filled when it was between 1/4 and 1/8 of a tank left. With a big fuel pump I take no chances pulling all my gas too quickly, lol.

I've got an A trim, stock heads, intake, stock cam, 70mm TB, and 75mm MAF, as well as 3.73s out back.

Not sure on city mileage, I just pump it and romp it.

I haven't really tested my highway miles yet, but in the city I'm sucking gas like crazy. I'm only getting aroung 10mpg so I wonder if something is wrong.

Well with my track times I'm assuming I have 280-290ish rwhp based on the car's weight... I ussually get about 240-260 to a tank

Not sure what I get to a tank, hardly fill it completely up. But I average about 15 mpg's when not in the throttle allot. That is with a little hammering but not like at the track. Not sure on my HP ,but my combo is an S-trimmed 331 with 12#'s of boost.

I get around 210miles to the tank, which I think is still low, considering my car is not tuned very well just yet. I need to get a wideband very soon so I can fix this with the help of my TwEECer....

I get 11mpg around the city with my 88. The 4.10s in the back and my right foot do not help out either.

prior to the supercharger and 347 swap I was getting only about 230 miles per tank highway driving, no after those mods forget it not a daly driver anymore, I need to get gas every 2 days

i dont know how much hp I have, but i get anywhere from 5-12. although im sure thiers times when I get like 1 or 2mpg but I dont care. Gotta love carbs :-D

I just tested it out after a few tanks, I get 175 miles per tank. Thats roughly 13 MPG. I dont mind it too much because its so fun to drive but I was just curious as to how I compared with other people's stangs.

I go about 150ish miles before I fill up. Usually around 13mpg. But I did set a new low of 11 just the other day YEAH! Thank god for the Focus. 34mpg, but it only has about 135 hp.

my car is in the shop rigt now gettibng ready for a 14 lb s/c.. before i had couple of mods and i used to get around 21mpg on the highway... i assume with the s/c as long as i will keep my foot of the gas should get the same... btw it's gonna be a 306....

I'm right around 300 HP at the wheels and I get 14 around town and 18 MPG highway. Provided I don't get on the pedal too much.
