Hey Everyone,

This is totally a noob question...but I'm going to flush the cooling system and I heard that you should backflush the heather core whenever you flush the cooling system.

So I would like to know where exactly is the heather core return hose and inlet hose are. If anyone can give me a good description or post a pic that would be awesome!

Thanks!

when you find them, BE SURE TO USE CAUTION REMOVING HOSES FROM HEATER CORE. if you dont, there is a good chance you can rip the fitting out of the heater core. which will mean you need a new heater core.

not something you want to tackle if you can't find the coolant hoses :D

Heater Core

I would see no reason to backflush the heater core. Most all radiator flushes have you run water thru the cooling system till the water clears up.
The water you are flushing with goes thru the heater core.
