Where can I get the tool to take out the ignition switch?

Where can I get the tool to take out the ignition switch and what size and what is it called. The screw is star shaped but has a pin in the middle , it looks like it is the stock screw. Thanks in advance!

Autozone or Oreilly both have them. They are just a torx bit with holes in the center. I believe it is the T20 tamper proof bit, but its just as easy to buy a little set as I think thats the only way to get them.

I used a needle nose vice grips
