Where Does This Wire Go?

I am putting my motor back in and there is a black ground wire that is flat. One end of the wire goes to the motor mount and I am not sure what the other end goes to? If anybody knows, please let me know. I was guessing the starter, but I know there are a couple of other ground points so I just wanted to make sure. Thanks

it is a chassis ground, there should be a bolt on the fenders etc. somewhere under the fuse p-anel in the engine bay

There is one bolt in between the battery and the fuse box underneath. What would be the point of having a ground going from the motor mount to the body? And where does the ground wire that connects to the starter go?

im sorry i meant it connects to the fuse panel i believe, goes from the chassis to the electrical ground or something. Im pretty sure, if my car was here i would take a pic of it for you. sorry just trying to help
