Where to buy an alternator for a reasonable price?

My stock alternator is about to take a poop and I'm looking to upgrade to a 130 amp. Does anyone know where I can get one fairly cheap? What exactly do I need? I heard you have to upgrade to a 4 gauge wire or something like that. Any info??
