Im trying to install an inline electric pump on my 86 mustang and im not sure where to put it so that it will work properly , it says it should be mounted below the lowest point of the tank , if any body else has done this i could use some info and any pictures would help to , thanks .

Did you sump the tank or use a aftermarket tank? Usually you can make a bracket and come off the bumper, it will not be exactly lower then the tank but close and safe from getting hit.

No I didn't sump the tank and it is just a stock tank, I ended up putting it between the tank and the axle and it seems to work good there, I would like to sump the tank tho but I'm not really sure how to do it.

Yes it is loud and i dont much care for that part of it but i have flowmater super 44's dumped just before the axle so i cant hear it when its running , it is a gt , it was efi and when i built the motor i put a carb on it .
