Which bolt? (mid pipe to cat back)

Both bolts fell out on one side. What type of bolt should I use to replace? (grade 8 or other?) Also, what size?

Last question. What should I torque the new bolt/nut to?

I would imagine as long as the bolt is long enough to get a good seal at the connection, the grade of bolt wouldn't matter. Just tighten till it's snug, then go back and check later after the exhaust has heated and cooled a few times. I am not sure on the size though.
