I guess in my mind when I hear: I think more of stashing money away or paying off debts and not: Like I said, it's your life man. You may be that 15% that consolidates/refinances and doesn't end up worse off than before.
PS: It was all paid in full in cash when I bought it. THAT'S the reason I want to keep the stang. I have everything waiting for it.
Sell the GP. I had my son in a car seat in my coupe...it's not a big deal. Don't be running dumps and choking your baby with exhaust fumes...other than that it's all good. If you MUST drive in bad weather, get yourself some 10 holes and snow tires and you'll be FINE. I'm sure my car is a lot rowdier than yours and it never bothered my son....he would still sleep on road trips.
You have teh SSI intake? IDK. Always wanted that intake on my Foxs. I think it looks kick ass! So all of that is waiting to go on the car? Damit! Hop to it! Or bring it over. I have a large garrage and alot of air tools and such so we can do the swap! And I see a frog
That is an option still. I could sell the Grand Prix, pay off my credit card debt, and still have enough money to get the mustang into daily driving mode. My whole thing about driving the mustang was the mileage. The car has 65,800 miles original. I didn't want to hurt the value, but then again it's useless sitting in the garage. It had 62,400 I think when I bought it in march of 2006. I dunno. Some days I want to lose it and others I can't dream of getting rid of it. I really have lost the thrill of working on mustangs
Yea I never put it all on because I didn't know if I'd keep the car. Now I'm still mulling over it. I dunno man. I just don't know. I'll have to see how things go this spring. If I actually go out and work on the car I'll keep it. If I don't I may let it go and pay off the credit cards
yea he's had those shenanigans (HCI) sitting around collecting dust for what.... 2 years strype??????
Since the end of 2006 so over 2 years. I also have (not pictured) a 190 lph fuel pump, Nitto 555's, C&L MAF, Accufab TB, Electric fan, and probably some other stuff I can't think of at the moment. I also bought the fiberglass hood and the wheels and tires at the same time. I blew through like good lord close to 10 grande or more in the span of a year. :SNSign:
I've read none of the other posts in this thread but your initial one, but if it were me I'd sell the Stang. It comes right down to necessity over luxury. If money is tight, you've got to go with the one that more fits your needs right now. Sports cars are meant to be fun, not practical. ...and there'll always be another one around the corner waiting for you when you're ready for it again.
I was actually just messing with him Come in here and give logical advise. Where does he think he is and who hes talking too?
