While i have my tranny out??

what are a few things i need to look at before throwing it back in. everything was fine before I took it out except for a minor leak. i think it was where the rear and front cases come together. that can be fixed with silicon. anything else?

It is a Tremec 3550. thanks

its your rear main seal that is leaking correct

I'd almost say that while you have the tranny out, replace that rear main even if its not leaking.

I am finishing a restoration and the engine is at the machine shop now. I meant what to look for on the actual transmission..
