Just got 3.55 put in in place of 2.73 on my 87 5.0 automatic
I hear a whinning noise mainly around 2100 rpm dont really hear it anywhere else
the gears are ford gears and the backlash was 6 thousandths
I had the trak lok rebuilt at same time and new u joints also
If any one knows how to correct this problem let me know
or if its not going to cause abnormal wear on the gears?
