white smoke?

i recently had a fuel pump problem, got that all fixed, i had after market chrome value covers on, but i put my stock value covers back on, and now im dumping white smoke out of my exhaust? any ideas? oh i have trick flow uppers and lowers incase u needed to know

That would be a blown head gasket.

Doesn't sound like a blown headgasket unless you can smell the anti-freeze in the exhaust. Doesn't sound like you have too much done to blow one. I had this problem and my valvecover gasket was gone and would leak oil all over my header. It would not show at idle but when I stepped on it it looked like it would come out of the exhaust.

i can't really smell anything from the exhaust.. someone told me maybe my seal isn't that good on the intake??

well it would appear that somehow coolant is leaking into the combustion chambers. Check to see if you can find any external leaks. Also check your oil, if you see a milky substance or water, then you know you have trouble.
