Who has had a problem with the fuel gauge after doing a Cobra pump and tank swap?

I just did the swap 2 weeks ago. The fuel gauge does not read like it did with the GT stuff in. Yesterday, I filled up when the gauge read"half tank". I put in 12.4 gallons. Something is not right.

Has anyone else here had the same issue, and what did you do to fix it?

you changed pump and tank???? or did you modify your tank and fit the pump in ????
