Who makes a timing cover / water pump bolt kit for 94-95 GT's???

i picked the bolts up today

i got washers for all of the bolts too. i was thinking about getting studs but thought it wouldnt be necessary because i wont be taking the valve covers off every 500 Km's. i might get studs for just the top corners for ease of installation tho

i'm about 3/4 done polishing the bolts. i did one first to see how it would turn out.

i used a dremel to smooth the top of the bolt head and then proceeded to sand the tops all the way to 600 grit. once i hit it with some tripoli, it shined up so sweet. i didnt even use any white rouge yet and i'm amazed.

my hands are killing me from sanding but looking at that one finished bolt gives me motivation to continue on.

you know your running out of things to polish when your polishing your bolts LOL

still no white rouge on them yet.

i put a washer behind one of the finished bolts and the washers look too plain now. i think i'm gonna have to give them a quick polish now too HAHAHA

I beleve brothers performance sells oem timing covers for 250 kind of kind of high, and for the bolts you can just go to a hardware store that specificly sells bolts and take you old ones and ask for what you want they usely car just about everything

I bought the ARP kit from either Jeg's or Summit, and some of the bolts just plain didn't work. Some too short some too long I think (it's been over a year I can't remember back that far) but anyway a HUGE help for me was to call Totally Stainless. They can make you any ARP bolt in either 6 or 12 pt head in any length in 1/4" increments. I determined what sizes I needed, gave them a call and they got me what I needed.

Great help. Especially if you wanna do everything in 12pt heads, cause it looks sooo much better than a 6pt.

Thanks for that info.....I have been looking for some one who does 12 point in stainless....:nice:

great post guys, ordering all new bolts and washers very very cheap at boltdepot.com $15.15 not bad at all

all new valve cover, timing chain water pump bolts. I bought 2 kits for about twice the amount that aren't as strong/corrosion resistant as the grade i was able to buy there.
