Rick, at RHH....I got mine built by him w/ a Trickflow H/C/I package. 320hp/340 tq
Also it was built to be boosted and has a lower compression ratio. His quality, service, and knowledge is outstanding.
get your hands dirty and do it yourself. you cand do it for around a grand with a good ebay kit. there's even a guy on ebay that sells machined blocks ready to be assembled. he sells them for like $300. you can get a budget stroker kit for another $600. put it together yourself and save yourself some money. you will still need to get it balanced though. but it shouldn't cost that much for a machine shop to do it for you.
I had a DSS 331 stroke had problems with the rocker arms AFR 141 heads and 1.6 rockers. Engine had the HP destroyed my stoke T-5 LOL. So its really up to how money u have to spend.
Is it problems with their blocks or engines that were actually assembled by them? I want to build my first motor and I was thinking of getting one of their bare blocks.
