I'm trying to decide on a wideband and I want one that will be the best setup for using with the tweecer.

I'm looking at the LC-1 w/XD-1 or the AEM wideband.

my question is.... are there any disadvantages to using one of these with the tweecer?

I really like the fact that they come with a guage rather than a Hand held display but I have heard a lot of people like the LM-1 better. why is that?

People (like myself) like the LM 1 because you can datalog w/o a laptop. SInce you need a laptop with the tweecer, you don't need it. Get one of the cheaper plx or aem units and wire it up so you can datalog with the tweecer.

so since I'm going to be using the tweecer the LC-1 will work fine. right?

that is the one I'm leaning toward right now. I really like the look of it.

    Hey Scott

Like Mike said, you want the data from the wb to be in sync with all your other data in your dlogs.

No need spending extra money on a wb for fancy features that are already provided for you with the Tweecer.

Some wb's seem to be easier to get up and running than others from what little I've paid attention to various wb threads.

I did a quick LC-1 search on the Tweecer site and quite a few threads turned up. You should have no prob seeing what others dealt with when using that wb.
