Will Cobra Exhaust Fit?

I have a Bassani Offroad X 5pc system from a 98 Cobra. I would like to use it in my swap. My question is will it fit a 2V motor with GT exhaust manifolds. If so, do they need to be 96-98, or can I use the 99-04.

I know the hanger locations are different for the x-pipe mounting on the trans, but I can fab something for that.

Any help would be appreciated.

The cat back is different due to the cobra IRS. I would guess no, but I honestly dont know.

The Cobra it came off was before IRS. I'm more curious about downpipe to X. If that will fit GT manifolds.

98's do NOT have IRS, and it WILL fit, i have a cat back off a 96 cobra on my 98 GT............
