Will my timing cover gasket seal??

I put a new timing cover gasket on today and when i was installing it i got a little oil on the gasket, and then when i turned the motor on the stant there was alittle more oil that went on it just on it AFTER it was torqued down, well it's a little late to change out the gasket as i already dropped the motor but i did put silicone on the gasket front and back...do you think it will leak???

You should be fine man. I Have done this on more than one occasion and never had a drip. Your just being paranoid just like the rest of are when we just spent countless hours pulling an engine and putting it back in.
