Will SS lines fit cobra brakes?

I have searched all over and can not find hard evidence as to whether or not the SS lines for a 99-04 V6/GT will fit the Cobra brakes? The SS lines listed at BuyFordRacing.com and Americanmuscle.com are for the 99-04 V6/GT. I can't find any SS lines for the Cobra front brakes.

Will the SS lines listed most everywhere for the 99-04 V6/GT work on a Cobra upgrade kit?

From what i have gathered yes they will. I just got done doing cobra brakes and ss lines on my 99gt and i can't think of one reason why the ss lines i got wouldn't work with the stock gt calipers...
