Will these rims fit on my foxbody (5 lug)

I currently have 17x9 Cobra r's on all 4 corners. I want to put 17x10.5 out back in the same satin cobra. I am not well versed on the back spacing and all that jazz, so I need some input. Will these rims fit? http://www.mustangtuning.com/17x105-1995-cobra-r-silver.html

I have the ranger drums out back. Car is stock height and it is a 1992 GT convertible.

Advice appreciated. Pics of anyone running 17x10.5 on a fox would be great as well.

Do a search, i know there was a thread about this same topic a few days ago. But if i member correctly, they wont fit without some modifications.
