window fitment issues?

OK, Heres the Problem, My windows don't go all the way up, or they don't seal or something. The doors were manual, but i switched them to power to match the rest of the car. The windows go up and down alright, but it's like they are about ahalf inch short....and the drivers side window has lots of play in it, like i can lift the edge of it up and down alot and it will pull forward enuff i can put my hand inside and unlock it. The main thing is I want the window to go all the way up and seal to keep water/air out? what can i do? thanks
