ok recently i crunk my car up and i saw smoke coming from under the armrest and dwn by my feet. at the same time my headlights and dashboard started acting crazy along with my windows which are stuck in the down position. i saw where the wires are frayed a little so im guessing thats the issue. after playing with them and pulling on them to see if i could get sum spark my headlights popped on and my dashboard lit back up but not the windows.... any advice

Where are the wires frayed or pulled apart? Did any fuses or links blow?
It would be best to restore the frayed wiring to a safe state before powering the circuits up again. A DMM or test light are effective tools for testing the circuits.
