Okay, so I tried yesterday to figure this out with no success. My windshield wipers are not working. The fuse is good *removed and inspected* #26 or #27 and the only other link I can find is the under hood relays, but there are 2 separate ones for the wipers so it doesn't seem likely that they would both be kaput....any suggestions?
