Windshield Wipers

Not sure what the problem is here and was hoping you all have seen this or know what i can do here.
They work sometimes and other times they lock up. I wasnt sure if the motor is going bad or the switch needs to be replaced.

But i could be driving and it will freeze and be stuck for days or minutes just all depends.

Loose wire to the motor. Look there first.

I had a beat to Hell 94 F-150 and the wipers would stop for no good reason. After a week of punching the dash to get them going again, I finally got into the firewall and saw that a wire was barely making a connection. Problem solved. If that isn't it, pull the wiper motor and see what's going on inside it.

A new one can be had for under $50 without shopping around.
