Wiring a bottle warmer?

I have a bottle warmer and a 4 wire relay (red, green, blue, orange) and i dont know where all 4 wires go. can someone please help me? i need it ASAP.

Is it a standard relay, or some special one? It should basically be power into the relay, power out of the relay, ground, and switch.

sweet, everything works right now. how long should it take to warm my bottle up? i have a full bottle and its at 600psi. the warmer is an NX one if that helps.
