World Ford Challenge Coming...

I live in Saint Louis, and the World Ford Challenge is just around the corner. I want to buy a couple things so i dont have to wait for shipping or pay for it. Anyway, just wondering what i should expect to spend for FMS 4.10s, any Plenum and throttle body set-up...and possibly mass air.
Not exactly sure what parts to pair up. Anyone with some advice would help...what will work well? What other parts do i need to add when doing the Plenum and TB.

its May 13-16 all day long....

still some advice on the plenum, throttle body, and mass air set-up? i dont exactly know what i should be looking to get, and what parts work well together.

i got my plennum/tb from www.crmotorsports.com for like $360 shipped. they were cheap and i got the parts 2 days after i ordered them. i am going to order my FMS 4:10's from them this week. they have very good customer service and good prices. the best part is the fact that they ship the day you order.
