They're not worms, they're mollusks, meaning they are related to snails, clams, and squids. Actually they are directly related to clams now that I looked into it.
I didn't bother reading it, I simple looked at the latin names. Just because something starts off looking like tiny clams doesnt mean it's from Bivalvia. Brachipoda also does this. Now if you excuse my I am off to my second Zoology test of the week.
