I'm talking about the dust shields!! I really don't like them how they make it stand out. I think that a black set would look cool behind some chrome wheels on a red car with a black top. But I don't know.:D
  2. Ozz I think I have a problem here.

I like the idea....not getting brake dust on my wheels would be nice.

But the execution...well, they look pretty terrible.

I agree, they look terrible cause these guys make them stand out so much. I would like them more if they were subtle looking like I mentioned before.

I say: OUR CARS ARE WICKED HEAVY!
Ditch the stockers and get some real brakes -it is so necessary with this power when weighing in at almost 2 tons.
Once you get some real brakes why hide them, get some 18's and show them off -form and function all in one.

As stated there is no way in hell that I would put those shields infront of my brakes/rotors.
Oh and yeah, the dust kills me. My Cobra r's are ruined from the brake dust, but I would rather have the dust than those cheap looking things.
    Just my $.02

No way. You gotta show off your brakes, not cover them up.

I can't wait for the wave of complaint from people who buy these and suddenly find their brakes fading from heat after a couple of hard stops.

It is kind of odd how they're supposed to cool the brakes, but cover them up.

If I wanted to fill up the gaps in between my wheel spokes, I'd get a set of Roush/Alcon 14" breaks. I'll admit the red ones on the white car don't look discustingly horribly atrotious in the pic, but I'd still never ever... ever put a set on any car. Ever. Never.
