wrong idler arm?

  1. I've rebuilt the front end on my 67 coupe and I seem to have the the wrong idler arm. Whats the difference between a manual and a power steering arm? Iv'e got a manual arm on my power steer car. Also my steering wheel doesnt return to all the way to center after turning, it comes most of the way back but needs a little help for the last half turn or so.

  2. The manual and power steering linkage parts are completely different. The power steering ram changes everything. Get the right idler arm.

  3. I plan on doing that , I just saw a pic of an idler arm for the power steer car and saw that it was different than what they gave me at mustangs plus , I guess we had a communication problem
