WTF is wrong with my car!!??

My car's exhaust was leaking, and while it was leaking the car would make a popping sound under load. The car would shake along with it. So i finally got my gasket from MAC that i ordered FOUR weeks ago, and installed it. I took the car out and when i give it some gas, i hear a deep popping sound, the car doesnt want to accelerate and the car shakes. I made sure my CAI was no leaking along with the MAF, i backed the timing adjuster back to stock, and yet the car still drives poorly. Any ideas? This thing is up for sale

mac may be the culprit........ check to see how much exhaust is flowing. with the whole car shaking i would think the clutch is getting ready to go. has the check engine light come on?

No, the cel light hasnt come on. The CEL is emissions only, and im running MIL eliminators which would cancel any bad fuel ratio problems.
I forgot to add that the car does this on the 1st drive of the day... all day. I took the car out tonight and it ran like a champ. But if i take it out tomorrow I bet it will do it again at some point.
