    It's a psychological thing. There's an even balance of ethnic groups in the pic, and different shoes representing different segments of society. He's sitting in a laid back, non aggressive, non confrontational, non defensive position. He's wearing a suit, but lacking a tie and has his jacket unbuttoned as if to say "yeah i run this **** but i'm down with the common man".
