Mere weeks after the wrapping was removed from the 2011 Ford Mustang GT, media moguls everywhere got some good seat time in, putting the latest Ford pony car through the paces. The gents at Motor Trend were some of the first to officially chronicle a sanctioned test between three of the major competitors in the pony car wars. In the video after the jump, Motor Trend quickly notes that the new 5.0 Mustang is by far the closest thing to a true modern day muscle car; something powerful, agile, and surprisingly comfortable to drive.
