332 code insufficient egr flow HELP PLEASE

THIS CODE KEEPS POPPIN UP (332) AND I JUST CANT FIGURE IT OUT MY CAR DID NOT PASS SMOG ANY SUGGESTIONS???
You may have a bad EGR. EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. A small percentage of your exhaust gas is recirculated back into the combustion chamber. This helps you build manifold pressure and for emissions, but slows down combustion. You can compensate by advancing spark. This is why a lot of people that eliminate the EGR find their cars "pinging," they have removed the EGR but their "high" timing did not not change.
If your EGR valve is bad, you'll get that code. If you have removed the EGR, but haven't disabled it in the computer, you'll get that code. If you have removed the EGR but didn't plug the "stopper" near the back of the passenger side valve cover, you'll get that code.
Check all your vacuum hoses as well to make sure they are not split.
I don't think you will pass inspection with a check engine of any kind??? Guaranteed to Pass, as mentioned, seems to work wonders for most people.
