Progress Thread Vin Number issues :(

Yep I guess that's what happened to mine, its been totally blasted inside and out, and underneath too, so at least I've got an idea what needs to be done. The biggest problem is the parts prices over here, at least 4-5 times the price of the USA, still I'll be there 1st of Sept picking up my 76 Torino, so i guess I'll be bringing a shopping list :)

I thought Mustang projects are still fairly cheap over there, there's a 1969 Mach 1 copy (was a 302 base) for sale over here, its a lovely car but they want $45000 for it!!!!!

I think that maybe the restorable cars are starting to run out!
There's hardly any projects over here, although I did get offered a 1975 mark 2 the other day, I used to hate them but over the last few years they've started to grow on me :O_o:
Were the 302 v8 Mark 2 any good? I can't remember ever driving one! I did once have (hangs his head in shame!) a 2.8 once but that was a long time ago.
