Engine Bad Noise. After Hydraulic Lifter Replacement

Stang stands. For new parts from US is not enough money yet. Delivery about a month is a lot, so missed half a season this year.
Now I'm waiting for used parts from a person from our club, but he lives far away, about a week will deliver it.
I thought that might be the case. Sorry for your difficulty. This is a good reason to be certain you do things right the first time. How did you get a mustang in Russia?

Mustang in Russia, though a rare car, but not unique.
I live in Yekaterinburg (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yekaterinburg). Mustangs 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation I have ever seen. In our town there are about ten sn95s and several s197s. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, them very much.
Prices for Mustangs totally inadequate. A year ago I bought my for 10 000 USD in the condition of 3 out of 10, but the dream is worth it:) . Repairing largely self. Parts mainly buy from rockauto.com. Buy through intermediaries. Delivery time of approximately 3-4 weeks. Price increases result in an average two-fold.
What more to say?

Very interesting stuff Ivan. I have been into Mustangs since I was a kid. My first was a Spitfire Orange '65 6 cylinder coupe. It was my dream car then and I have been hooked ever since. It's very interesting to know there are people on the other side of the globe driving an American Muscle car such as the Mustang and enjoying them as much as we do here in the States.

Ivan,
You need NEW pushrods.
Once you mix the order of the used ones your asking for trouble.
Like Joe said. When your redoing the valvetrain. It is best to get new parts. Especially in an engine that dirty. But I know being where you are. That is easier said then done. Good luck with the car.
