Agreed. Either one of the 58cc would be optimal. You can run either one with an e cam. The e cam is going to cost you some power and driveability over the Trick Flow cam.

Yes. That's the stage 1 cam. Don't know if you checked into yet or not but the tfs topend kit comes with the 170cc heads,stage 1 cam,valvetrain,gaskets,bolts,etc for around 2500$ everything you need to upgrade and cheaper than piecing it together.

Yes, that's the cam Trick Flow sells specifically to go with their 170cc heads.
