Ok so my buddy just got his car he bought on eBay. 93 gt turned clone. So he bought a rear sway bar bc the car didn’t have one for whatever reason. It has some LCAs that look like maybe bbk grippers idk. Anyways he bolted one side and then had quite a gap on the other side. I used UPRs and re used my stock sway bar but it was def a good fit. What could be causing this gap? Also is it normal for the tabs to be so inward on the LCAs? I know mine are midline.

Looks like the control arms are on the wrong sides, but you are correct that the mounting tabs are suppose to be like stock in the middle.
That’s what I was thinking to, I asked him to snap some pics so I could see where the spring perches were as maybe they are reversed, but from what I saw in the vid I couldn’t tell. Then I thought wouldn’t flipping them move the perches to far from normal? He called eibach and this was their response.

I have the Eibach sway bar on my car and it fits fine. I have MM adjustable lower control arms and the tab is in the middle.

I suspect it is a problem with the lower control arm design and that's why it didn't have a sway bar on it when he got it.

His best bet would be to pick up a new set of lower control arms.
So he put 1in spacers on each bolt and it mocked up. Idk how great that is but it looks like it works.
