Speedometer not reading accurately

If you lubed the cable and are absolutely sure you did not bend the cable end during installation, I suspect the speedometer head is worn or needs cleaning. The dealership had an old can of liquid graphite for the occasional cable installation because the cables come packaged dry, and the lube pack is often missing from the box.

I didn’t lubed the cable. Im 100%sure i didn’t bend the cable. What can i used to lube the cable & clean the speedometer head?

Without some lube, the inner and outer cables will wear and bind. It will not be a smooth, rotating action. LMR sells this, but they are out.
This is close to the “liquid graphite” the dealership had for cables.
The packs used to be a pack of some green goo. Anything oil or grease would need to not thicken up at at cold temps. That’s why graphite is a good idea.
In a fifteenth car, the inner cable end was bent during installation, and it gave the speedometer a severe palsey. It sounds more like a drag somewhere in your case.
