Just my 2 cents. It sounds like you have an open wiring issue that is draining the battery. The way I understand it is the battery powers the starter and the alternator recharges the battery. So if you know that your alternator is good, that means the battery isn't holding enough charge to power the starter to turn over the motor. I hope that helps.

Go through and check all of your power and ground connections in the engine bay. Disconnect them, clean, and reinstall them.

Check for voltage drop (car off) with the alternator connected and disconnected. If a voltage drop exists, the diode in the alternator is bad, This means that it charges fine while the car is running but tries to act like a motor when the car is not. This is a common problem with alternators.

If no voltage drop exists when the alternator is disconnected then start pooping fuses one at a time until you see a voltage increase across the battery terminals.

Things that normally take power when the car is off:
Radio
Anti-Lock Brake Module
ECU
Anti-Theft Device

None of those devices should cause a significant power drop unless there is an issue with them.

Check all of your interior lighting including the glove box to ensure that no lights are staying on that shouldn't be.
