The dart block is only an additional 800 but it still needs final bore and deck. I may just go that route though. Gonna see if my neighbor can get a deal with Atec.

Perhaps. I won’t exceed the limits of this block so I’m goodThe Dart block seems to be preferred over the Boss block.

That’s good to hear. I’m sure technology and practices have improved as well as cranks not being wildly out of balance to begin withMy internal balance assembly did not look crazy. I will have to dig back through my build thread for the pictures.
You never said that you bought one,..is this “ yours” or is it a pic of “ theirs”It’s a beast! Look at the lifter valley
It’s all mine! I’m really glad I chose this block. Gonna work on deburring it today ford did all the easy stuff but still some sharp flash here and there. You never said that you bought one,..is this “ yours” or is it a pic of “ theirs”
IIRC, The only one i ever had that was full of Mallory metal was due to the mega lightweight piston/ titanium rod combo that I had in the R blocked 363 in this car. It’s all mine! I wonder if the few cranks I saw back in the day were due to a bad job balancing. For some reason that stuck in my head.
Is your auto correct on or are you testing us?I purchased from a reseller we’re internally balanced,
auto correct cant be blamed for that..it’s this freakin‘ ipad, throwin’ apostrophes, and comma‘s in at every juncture. Is your auto correct on or are you testing us?
