No airflow from front vents

Hi all. I have. 93 LX 5.0 that does not blow air through the front vents. I’ve checked the vacuum lines under the hood to see if there are any cracks \ broken lines and all is good. I’m able to get air flow from the defrost and floor, just not front vents.

Any ideas on where the problem might be?

It’s worth noting that the A/C was taken out of the car before I bought it, so I have no A/C at the moment. Will be adding it back at some point.

Thanks in advance for the help!

The blend doors are vacuum operated but you know that, if the under hood lines check out good then you'll have to check the stuff under the dash for issues, first check that the dial that changes the airflow position is getting vacuum. Some of the vac lines can be accessed through the glove box opening.

Typically the yellow vac line under the dash (left side) gets disconnected and is unable to activate the flapper that selects between floor/defrost and vent.

There is a single black line that enters the cabin next to the evap core line. Trace from there inside

Thank you. I’ll look at the yellow and black line to see if they are disconnected. I did pull out the control assembly and everything was attached.

Just wanted to say thanks. The black line was disconnected under the dash. I connected it and now the front vents work! Thank you so much for the help!
