I took my 1991 5.0 LX for a ride tonight she ran awesome lots of power smooth like butter shifting. It's when I got home I pulled into the garage to park her and I had to back up so I popped the clutch and i stalled it. Was just trying to line it up so I can get 2 Cars in the garage. I went to start it and it cranks over but will not start. I don't know why ? Help needed please....

One thing to try is to push the gas pedal all the way to the floor and crank it. It may have flooded somehow.

Our cars have two things that you really need to make sure they are good. The module/grey thing on the distributor and the PIP inside the distributor. Both these cause a crank no start. Almost all of us have had to deal with both of these over the life of our cars. The module is an easy one. PIP is a little more involved.

You could go to Harbor Feaight and get a Noid light and hook it up to your injector wire and look for a pulse. That is part of the No Start Checklist a proven method for getting your car to start

I saw everything mentioned already that came to mind except for the TFI Module and the fuel pump itself.

The in-tank pump does have an internal pop-off so, I'd be prepared to look at fuel pressure if it happens again. This is not usually an intermittent thing although I have had an in-tank fuel pump in the past with intermittent problems (long story/chased it for a couple of weeks).

The aforementioned checklist will help you find the issue.

Yeh you could open your computer and check the little blue barrels
Thus has to be the most mint 31 year old ecu I have ever seen . All the caps are mint and clean .
