Brakes sticking? Ehh.. you don't see that too often. What's the pedal feel like? Has it gone all soft on you?

nope, pedel feel is all good, its just that they stick slightly, just enough that like i said, if i put my car up on jacks, it is quite hard to rotate the front wheels.

Is it both front wheels? If it's both, then you either have a misadjusted pedal, or something misadjusted or broken inside the master cylinder. You pretty much have to pull the master cylinder and inspect it to try to find the problem. If it's just one wheel, it's more likely a problem in the lines somewhere.

But again, why are you so sure it's the brakes? The wheels shouldn't exactly spin effortlessly ... even on a healthy car, it would take both hands for you to turn the wheel when it's on a jack. Could be just that you need some wheel bearings or something like that.

its definitly wayy too much effort to be normal, i'll check out the bearings but i can see the pads contacting the rotors, and yes it affects both wheels but the driver side wheel seems to be a little worse ?
