which one is the best for my engine i have 108,000 miles and im ready to supercharge or turbocharge which will cause less stress on my engine a turbo, a roots style, or centrifical, all with a minimal amount of boost no more than 9#
9 pounds of boost is going to be the same pressure/ same stress with any of those. The turbo at 9 pounds will make a lot more power, but it really doesn't matter because it's all in the tune. Get a good tune and if you are worried about it because it's your daily driver, I wouldn't do it until you get a forged bottom end.
centrifical at 8lb max.
it does not make boost at low RPM so you can go easy on the engine for daily driving.
That is if you can stay out of the boost-no fun in that
