Bassani Catback finally installed!

The Flows are gone and the Bassani is on
Drove them a little around town and on the freeway home.
I can really only compare them to my Flows since that's all I've ever had besides stock.
Here is what I think of them so far....

-Idle: They are deep and quiet; quieter than the Flowmasters.

-Crusing: A more refined softer rumble; more rumble than Flows, just not as loud & "sloppy" sounding.

-Drone: There is virtually zero drone. Much, much less than the Flowmasters. (I can hear myself think again)

-Exterior noise: At idle: quiet but very deep; deeper than Flows. Revving: More rumble, more exciting, and more racey than Flows.

-Interior Noise: The level of sound is about the same; just no drone. They sound more like a medium pitched rumble as opposed to a low pitched Flowmaster "moan"

-WOT: Kick Azz! They sound nasty! This is where they come ALIVE! Very racey and exotic. The pitch is raised but still sounds more refined. And I can still have a converstion in the car.

So far this is exactly what I wanted.
More rumble, Less drone, Quieter inside the car but still nasty as hell outside the car.
LOVE IT!

that's true i get a lot of compliments from people that have magnaflow and flowmasters on

Hell yea! I LOVE my Bassani catback. Have a friend drive it while you stand outside of it and listen to how LOUD it is. Its so weird because the Flows are loud inside and outside but the Bassani is only loud on the outside. Wait a few days til it breaks in a bit more. I LOVE mine now and friday it'll be mated D i said mated) with an O/R X-Pipe and i'll be posting clips. Stay tuned

Yea i got mine from Lightning Force Performance and Mike was very helpful. Its just that i had to pay TX Sales Tax so thats why it was a bit more

Yes, another great thing about Bassani is its "projection." So many people who are behind me tell me how deep and LOUD it is. Yet in the cabin, not loud at all.

Have a friend drive your mustang for about 15 minutes and follow behind in another car.......... you'll really understand what I'm talking about!

yea Everyone says that about basssani how it is so much louder outside than inside! I never realized how quiet it was inside untill I rode in a guys mustang with flows. The Best Exhaust there is! For all of you who want a bassani Video Search The 4.6 section for Bassani Exhaust! I have one in there!
